Private & Semi-Private Movement & Mindfulness Sessions with Joanna
Why do a private session?
- Our work will be tailored to meet your goals.
- We'll explore how your unique body moves.
- You'll gain a foundation for whole-body alignment before joining a group class.
- We'll identify strategies to improve your injuries chronic pain.
- You'll get feedback and modifications for exercises, so they work for your body.
- You're unsure of participating in a group setting.
- You'd like some additional support and accountability.
During Your Private Session:
- We'll talk about your goals and your health and movement history.
- We'll assess how you move, and you will learn whole-body alignment principles and corrective exercises that will reduce tissue damage and help you to move throughout your day with greater ease.
Subsequent Private Sessions
After your initial session, in later sessions, we'll continue to explore how your body moves, and we'll identify corrective exercises and habit changes that will support your movement goals.
