I give women the mind and body support they need to feel good, so they can do what matters.

But, how did I get here?

As an empathic, highly sensitive mom and entrepreneur, stress and overwhelm stopped me in my tracks. I no longer felt like myself, and I began looking for answers…outside of myself.

The key was to realize no one else has my answers—they were inside me waiting to be discovered. They’re inside you too.

Today, I combine my 20 years of health and wellness experience with my 1000’s of hours of movement, mindfulness, mindset, coaching education to help clients like you discover what you need to keep stress, overwhelm and doubt from stopping you.

As a movement and mindset coach, it’s my job to help you become your own best expert in your body and your mind, so become unstoppable in all areas of your life. When you feel good, you can do good.

Become your own expert

The clients I work with become their own experts in what they need to feel good and to take action. I guide them to find the solutions that work for them. That might mean a new movement practice that burns of stress. Or it might be a mindset tool that shifts how they relate to an issue. Or it might be values exercise that helps them gain clarity about how to use their time. Or it could be a combination of all three.

I’m different from most coaches because I’m not here to give you advice. Instead I teach you the life skills you need to thrive while finding the answers that are inside of you.

With mindset coaching, private yoga sessions, and restorative personal training, you’ll learn how to feel better, mentally and physically. You’ll learn what you need to feel amazing. 1. I’m a forager.

Foraging for wild food is a special joy of mine, but I enjoy the hunt the most. As a child, wild mint was the first plant I foraged. I hunted for it along the creek for my grandmother's iced tea. This is asparagus I picked in the open space near my house—a special spring treat.

 

2. I’m a life-long learner who loves connections.

I studied journalism in college because I love writing, learning, and finding out what makes you tick. Learning inspires me, helps me to grow, and allows me to serve you better. Quite frankly, I couldn’t imagine not learning. My favorite ways to integrate what I’ve learned are to 1) Share what I learn with others and 2) To make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. Both light me up!

3. Gyms aren’t my jam.

I’ve been a yoga teacher and personal trainer for almost 20 years, and I managed health and fitness departments for 7 years. Yet, I still feel out of place when I go to a gym or a new class. My favorite place to exercise (and teach) is outside…in a garden, on a trail, in a park. My classes and programs are lighthearted (I tend to be a little silly,) and my intention is to create a safe space for you to feel welcomed and accepted as you are.

I’m always learning…

And I don’t plan to stop.

I love learning by studying, reading, listening to podcasts and books, taking courses, experimenting, getting curious, making connections, and allowing new information to become a part of me.
